We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most non-plant items within 15 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All live plants including 9cm Potted Bedding Plants, Bedding Plants, Cottage Garden Plants, Container Plants, Dahlia Plants, Delphinium Plants, and Begonia Plants
  • Opened seed packets (unopened seeds in original packaging may be returned)
