Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your gardening essentials arrive in perfect condition.

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.
Our Returns Promise
We want you to be completely happy with your gardening purchases, whether you’ve chosen our premium begonia seeds or decorative planters. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on:
- All live plants including:
- 9cm Potted Bedding Plants
- Bedding Plants
- Cottage Garden Plants
- Container Plants for Pots & Planters
- Dahlia Plants
- Delphinium Plants
- Begonia Plants
Seeds (like our antirrhinum seeds and cosmos seeds) may be returned if unopened in their original packaging.
How to Return an Item

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) using original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or variety (subject to availability). We’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
