Myriophyllum Crispatum (Oxygenating Aquatic)

Upright Water Milfoil will happily grow both above water and fully submerged as an oxygenator. The tangle of reddish stems, densely cloaked with linear foliage, forms excellent cover for aquatic wildlife. In summer Myriophyllum crispatum bears tiny red flowers. A useful plant for improving the water quality and habitat in both ornamental and wildlife ponds. Height: 25cm (10″). Spread: 100cm (39″). Planting depth: Zones 1, 2 & 3 to 25cm (10″) below water level.

Grow Myriophyllum in boggy soils or submerged in the margins of ponds with the crown to a maximum depth of up to 25cm (10″) below water level. Choose a position in sun or semi-shade.
