Heliopsis ‘Luna Roja’

This sizzling perennial sunflower comes in fiery shades of burnt orange which will keep you feeling sunny even on overcast days. The daisy-like flowers blaze above neat mounds of bronze-black foliage, which makes a handsome feature even before the blooms appear. From midsummer, Heliopsis ‘Luna Roja’ is smothered in flowers – the performance continuing for many weeks into September. It provides masses of nectar for beneficial pollinators and makes a great choice for bee-friendly gardens. The blooms are good for cutting and their dark, sturdy stems have a long vase life.
