Geranium Cloud Collection

Geraniums are invaluable border perennials, flowering generously on very hardy and disease-free plants and tolerating most soil types. Geranium ‘Cloud’ Collection contains two rewarding varieties which will quickly fill gaps in mixed borders or provide colourful ground cover.

Geranium ‘Cloud’ Collection comprises 2 jumbo plugs, 1 of each of the following varieties:  

• Geranium ‘Storm Cloud’ – a beautiful new hardy geranium. Forms a bushy mound of dark green finely cut foliage and stems of vibrant purple flowers which bloom from June to October. Drought and temperature tolerant, this Geranium combines well with other herbaceous plants in a garden border but is equally happy in a large container. 50cm (20”) Spread: 45cm (18”).
• Geranium ‘Cloud Nine’ – fully double, pale blue flowers appear above attractive, finely cut foliage from May to June with a second flush in late summer. This strong growing Cranesbill is disease resistant, and rarely damaged by slugs or rabbits. Nectar rich blooms will attract plenty of pollinating insects. Height: 90cm (36”). Spread: 50cm (20”).

Geranium ‘Cloud’ Collection contains two rewarding hardy geranium varieties which will quickly fill gaps in mixed borders or provide colourful ground cover. Pot up plug plants and grow them on in bright, frost free conditions. When all risk of frost has passed and plants are well grown, gradually acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over seven to ten days before planting in their final positions. Grow hardy geraniums in any well drained soil, in sun or shade. Water well to settle the soil around the roots.
