Dierama Pulcherrimum

Exquisitely elegant – the pale pink or magenta, bell-shaped blooms of Dierama pulcherrimum dangle from graceful, arching stems. This beautiful hardy perennial forms neat clumps of slender, grassy foliage which remains semi-evergreen in mild areas. Angel’s Fishing Rods makes a superb addition to cottage garden borders, and looks particularly stunning when planted to overhang water, creating fabulous reflections. Height: 150cm (59″). Plant Dierama in rich fertile, well drained soil in full sun. Dierama particularly dislikes soil that sits wet in winter. Improve heavy soil conditions by adding coarse grit or sharp sand prior to planting.
