Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please email our friendly team at [email protected].

What if I’m not home when my plants arrive?

Most of our plants are happy to wait in a shady spot for a day. For Standard Shipping, you’ll receive tracking information to arrange redelivery or collection. Our packaging keeps plants protected for up to 48 hours after delivery.

Can I specify a delivery date?

While we can’t guarantee specific delivery dates, you can leave special instructions at checkout (like “please deliver after 15th April”). We’ll do our best to accommodate your gardening schedule.

How are plants packaged?

Our 9cm Potted Plants travel in specially designed boxes with cushioning to prevent movement. Bedding plugs are secured in plant trays, and seeds like our Antirrhinum Seeds are packed in protective envelopes. Larger items like Cannas & Grasses have reinforced packaging.

Our Delivery Guarantee
