‘Ivanetti’ is a perfectly formed miniature pompom dahlia with deep purplish-crimson flowers measuring about 8cm across held on sturdy stems well above the foliage. One of the smaller flowered varieties, it is extremely free-flowering, producing an abundance of weather-resistant blooms from midsummer until autumn. Blends beautifully into herbaceous borders as well as making an excellent container specimen. Also superb for exhibition and long-lasting cut flowers. Height: 90cm (36in). Spread: 50cm (20in).

Choose a sunny position in moist well drained soil. Prepare the soil by digging in plenty of well rotted manure or compost. Plant tubers at a depth of 15cm (6″) and water well. Alternatively, start tubers into growth in pots of compost in a frost free greenhouse. Transplant them into their final positions outdoors in June.
