The Solar Series of Giant Tickseed are highly improved coreopsis that feature bigger, more abundant flowers and healthy foliage on plants which have been selected for their high disease resistance. Should we have another summer of heat and drought, these Coreopsis will cope admirably. Unfussy about soil, the Solar series tolerates poor, sandy sites in full sun. Flowering commences in June and with a light shear after the first flush, will continue through to October. Plants are compact and bushy, but still retain the natural, informal looks of their wild parentage, as well as their ability to attract loads of pollinators. Height: 50cm (20in). Spread: 45cm (18in).
