Calamagrostis X Acutiflora Karl Foerster

Calamagrostis is a spectacular, ornamental grass for any mixed garden border. ‘Karl Foerster’ is a well known border plant, with arching leaves, and bronze feathery panicles during summer.

A useful ornamental grass, which is quick to emerge each spring. Calamagrostis can be planted to form a feathery screen, and is fast-growing and easy to maintain.Height: 1.8m (5.9′) Spread: 50cm (19″).

Plant Calamagrostis ‘Karl Foerster’ into moist, but well-drained soil in sun or partial shade. Plants will be tolerate of many different types of soils, apart from very poor soils.
