Aubretia Cultorum ‘Cascade Blue’

Aubrieta ‘Cascade Blue’ is a spreading, semi-evergreen perennial, clinging steadfastly to wall crevices, tumbling from containers, or carpeting the front of beds and borders. This fuss-free plant is tough and resilient, virtually looking after itself once established. Perfect for rockeries, alpine troughs, borders and wildlife gardens where it will always attract the buzz of pollinating insects. Height: 10cm (4″). Spread 40cm (16″).

Plant aubrieta in full sun or part shade, on well drained neutral or alkaline soil in rockeries, border edges and containers. On heavier soils, incorporate plenty of grit to improve drainage, prior to planting.
